How long does it take for delivery of my seat covers?
You should receive your seat covers within two weeks of your order date.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
Our seat covers are guaranteed to fit, and guaranteed to be defect-free upon arrival.  We also give a 6 month warranty on all seat covers, guaranteeing that they will be free from defects in quality and workmanship.  If you have any problems, we WILL make it right.

Are your items first quality or seconds?
All of our items are first quality, and proudly made in the USA.

Do you sell and ship internationally?
Sorry, but we do not.  Because of the various make and model differences in automobiles in other countries, we cannot guarantee that they will have the same fit and styling, as the seats are sometimes different measurements from the US.

Do I have to cut my own seat belt holes? 
No, we manufacture the seat covers with pre-sewn seat belt holes to prevent tearing or ripping. 

How long do your seat covers last?
We've had customers come back 5 years or more after purchasing our seat covers and say that they still look wonderful. 

Do your seatcovers fit nice and snug, or are they "generic" seat covers?
Each seat cover is made to order, and is designed especially for your make and model, so they fit snug and look great.

Why are your prices different for different seat styles?
"Standard" bench and bucket seat covers are lower-priced, because they can be manufactured in bulk, and take less fabric and time to sew.  "Specialty" seat cover cost more, as it takes longer to manufacture these seat covers, more fabric, and they are tailored especially for the customer who orders them.

Do you sell seat covers separately, or in sets?
Our prices include the whole front seat, or the whole back seat set.  That means if you purchase a bench seat cover, you get one cover.  If you order bucket seat covers, we ship both: one for the passenger and one for the driver.

Do your seat covers have pouches or pockets on them?
This is not available on the cotton seat covers.  For the saddle blanket seat covers, please note in the comments if you would like pockets on the front of your seat cover.  These are available at no additional charge, but may not be available for some makes and models.

Do you cover the airbags in my seat?
When ordering your seat cover, please choose whether or not you have airbags.  If you do, we place velcro over this section of the seat, so that when the airbag deploys, it is still able to protect you in the event of a crash.

Can I wash my seat covers?
Yes, you can wash them in the washing machine, and line dry them.  Do not dry them in the dryer.

Can I send in my own material for you to make the cover out of?
Sorry, but we only manufacture seat covers out of our cotton-twill and saddle blanket materials.

Can I "scotch-guard" or waterproof my seat covers?
Yes, you can apply water-proofing compounds to your cotton seat covers, but first, please try this on an unseen part of the seat cover to ensure it does not change the color, or affect the material workmanship.  Do not apply to saddle blanket material.

My seat covers did not fit, how do I return them or trade them out for a new set?
Please call us at 1-866-732-8626 and we will arrange to correct your order, or refund your money.  Please inform us within 30 days of receiving your seat covers if you have any issues.  No refunds will be given after this time.
